Combating Cybercrime

After graduation, my ideal job is to work in law enforcement, retrieving digital evidence to help solve cybercrime, especially those targeting women and children. The opportunity to use my technological skills to keep people safe and make a difference in a challenging world is what motivates my current academic endeavors.

Steps to Achieve My Goals

To reach my career goals, I plan on first building general network experience in non-crime related fields. This foundational knowledge will be crucial before I transition into my dream job of combating cybercrime. I believe this strategic approach will provide a solid base for my specialized work.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

To further my success, I would love to study criminology more deeply. Additionally, gaining comprehensive knowledge of common ways technology is used in criminal activities. Understanding these aspects will enable me to effectively work against cyber threats and protect victims.
